Leigh-on-Sea is a town situated on the northern side of the Thames Estuary, under 4 miles west of Southend, with a population of c. 39,000, (2011 census). There are excellent transport links available, with 6-9 trains an hour and a 45-minute service to Fenchurch Street, London from the railway station, which is half a mile from the property.
